Shipping and Refund Policies

Shipping is a flat $8 for every order. Orders over $175 ship for free. All items on website are ready to ship and orders usually ship within 2-3 business days. Once orders have left our possession we are no longer responsible for packages that are lost or stolen.

If you receive items that are flawed or damaged please reach out for us to make it right. If you received incorrect items in your order please reach out so we can either send the correct item or issue a refund. We can always be reached at rubyfoxsupply@gmail.com. Refunds will also be issued for any items ordered that are out of stock. Refunds are issued in the same payment order was placed.
